Installing Your Home CCTV System
If you would like to go forward with your CCTV installation and have accepted our proposal, then the installation process will begin. A friendly member of our customer service team will contact you to organise the installation of your new CCTV system, at a time that suits you.
On the day of installation, one of our local NSI approved engineers will call you when they are on their way. They will then install your CCTV system to the highest NSI standards, with exceptional professionalism.
Commissioning Your CCTV System
Once installed, the engineer will commission your system, meaning they will run all the necessary checks and tests, ensuring that the system is installed correctly. You will be issued an NSI Certificate of Compliance that states that your system meets the minimum NSI standards.
If you have chosen to have a Monitored CCTV System, the engineer will also set this up and ensure it is working correctly. They will then provide relevant training in how to use and operate the CCTV system as well as answer any of your questions.
The engineer will also give you a CCTV System Log Book that contains important information such as equipment part numbers and types, incident log, faults and repairs.
