Kristian Debry
General Manager
Being the General Manager of Homewatch, sees me take care of the day-to-day running of the department and managing my team. A standard day for me is both office and field-based, assisting my team with any issues or problems relating to operations or customers, and completing site surveys and quotes.
The main thing I enjoy about my job is seeing the results of everybody’s hard work. This is important to me. I believe having the right team members with the right attitude and approach allows for a happy and productive workplace.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my young family, and enjoy a holiday. We’ve been to the Monaco Grand Prix and more recently, New York! I also like to go and watch my football team, Chelsea, with my brother, whenever we can find the time.
Tammy Webb
Office Manager
A typical day for me is pretty varied. As the Office Manager, I look after all our domestic customer’s needs, be it system issues, admin queries, or account reviews. I also help support the team and bring a bit of fun to the office!
The thing I like most about Homewatch is that I joined at the start and have had an input into its growth and can see how far we have come (The team’s pretty good as well I suppose!)
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and baking. I can rustle up a pretty good Victoria sponge or chocolate fudge cake, that always goes down well.
I’m most inspired by people who achieve their dreams despite obstacles in their way, whether they are big or small goals, the determination to reach them is always an inspiration.
Barbara Valentine
Service Scheduler
The thing I enjoy most about working for Homewatch is that you can see that everyone around you really cares about their customers and co-workers. All that positivity just rubs off on you!
A typical day for me consists of arriving early at the office – I have always been a morning person! I enjoy interacting with my colleagues and dealing with customers and engineers, helping resolve any issues. Making sure their day runs smoothly makes me happy.
Outside of work I enjoy producing things with my sewing machine. Not an expert yet but learning every time! I also like baking and my lemon drizzle cake is a winner, so I’m told! I am inspired by people who make difficult topics easy to understand, my favourite being Professor Brian Cox.
Audrius Gaizauskas
Senior Engineer
As Senior Engineer for Homewatch, every day is different. One day I could be servicing then installing a new alarm system, another I’ll be up north investigating an unknown fault! The variety in the role and the team are the things I enjoy most at Homewatch, along with the occasional Whopper with fellow engineer, Tom.
Outside of work I enjoy being in nature, on walks, camping and climbing mountains. Last year I completed the Welsh Slate Trail, walking over 100 miles in a week.
In the words of Matthew McConaughey, the person who inspires me most is myself in 10 years’ time… I want to be that guy.
Thomas Howard
South Engineer
The thing I enjoy most about working for Homewatch is the people you work with. I think it’s a great team where we can have an enjoyable working environment. I also enjoy meeting our customers and helping them wherever possible! A typical day for me is arriving either at the office or straight to my first customer. I will either service, install or rectify a fault. I will then make sure the customer is happy with the experience I’ve provided. After this, I will carry out the rest of the jobs for the day. If I finish early, I’ll hang around in the office for any faults that may come in.
Outside of work, my favourite hobby is fishing. My personal best is a catfish at 28lb. Not bad for only fishing for a year! I also like to watch Formula 1.
I am inspired by people who turn their dreams into reality, despite any obstacles they may encounter.
Liam Hudson
North Engineer
A standard day for me is working independently and being face to face with customers. The most enjoyable part of working for Homewatch is I get to meet lots of different people with some brilliant stories to tell!
Outside of work I’ve always been a massive football fan, I support Liverpool and love going to games. I also love a holiday and hope to visit plenty more places around the world.
The person who inspires me most is the one and only Jurgen Klopp – “Turn the doubters into believers.”
